Shipping information
- We offer worldwide shipping to many countries. We may not be able to ship certain items and/or bulky items due to shipping restrictions.
- DirectLink and Singapore Post are our primary international shipping partners while QExpress is our primary local delivery partner. We will deliver your items as a complete order where possible. If there are out of stock items in your order, we may opt to deliver them separately. You will be notified when your item(s) has been shipped. You are responsible to track your order and avail yourself for the delivery so that it is collected on a timely basis. Should the item(s) be undelivered due to failed delivery or not collected on a timely basis from your local post office, we will not responsible for any resulting loss, misplacement and/or damage of item(s). Should your item(s) be returned, additional shipping cost incurred will be borne by you.
- You may wish to check with your country’s Customs office to see if you can import/ship the items in your order, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. You are also advised to check on tariffs, duties, custom charges that may be applied to your items ordered. Should your items be returned by customs, due to an incorrect address, not collected on a timely basis by recipient or is refused, the additional shipping cost incurred will be borne by you.
- Do note that under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss of parcels by appointed courier. All shipped items cannot be cancelled or eligible for refunds.
Shipping Cost and Estimated Delivery Time
- All items are in stock (or in transit) unless otherwise stated. For customized items or are currently not in stock, send us a message through the ‘Contact Us’ button located on the product page, we will check the availability and get back to you.
- The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your items and the destination of your delivery. They will be automatically calculated during checkout.
- All international orders from Singapore are shipped to on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all product prices displayed do not include shipping, import duties, custom charges and handling charges. They will be borne by the recipient. We do not determine or collect these fees, these fees will be collected by our delivery partner prior to delivery. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for potential import duties and local taxes and we cannot refund any orders that are returned to us due to non-payment of duties. In the event that the recipient refuses to pay the duties, custom charges and/or handling fees imposed, the item(s) will be deemed as abandoned.
