SCANPAN CTX Chef's Pan is similar in function as the sauté pan. The key difference is that the Chef's Pan has two short handles, making it a serving pan. The tall edges of the pan make it easier to stir foods, add stock and slowly simmer dishes. It is suitable for induction cooking and is ovenproof up to 260°C.
