Return and Exchange Policy
Am I able to request for a refund or exchange?
Yes, you can in the event of a damaged parcel (local delivery only) or a manufacturing defect of the product.
A parcel is considered damaged only in the event where the parcel has extensive damages which directly affect the condition of the item. Dents or damages to the inner carton box are not considered as damages as long as the item(s) is in working and usable condition. When that occurs, please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. It must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately by providing us with your order number, details of your order, contact number and photos of the damaged products. We will contact you to assist.
For international shipment(s), damage and/or loss of the parcel is not insured. Insurance can be requested, at an additional cost to be borne by customer.
Our products are of the highest quality and undergo stringent quality checks. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we allow returns or exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery based on the terms and conditions listed. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
- Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition i.e., with tags and labels intact and packaging i.e., boxes cannot be torn open;
- Original invoice must be available;
- Customised products are non-refundable;
- The packaging of the item may be damaged or stained during shipment and do not constitute as a manufacturing defect;
- Refunds will be made on product price only (excluding shipping charges, custom duties, taxes and discounts). Your refund will be credited to the original payment method;
- For exchanges within Singapore, you will bear the re-delivery and/or return cost while for exchanges for overseas customers, you will bear the shipping costs (to and from Singapore)
- All returns and exchanges will only be allowed after an authorization number has been issued.
We reserve the right to determine if an item is considered damaged.
For manufacturing defect(s), how do I return or exchange?
Please contact us at email@example.com and provide us photos of the product(s) highlighting the manufacturing defect(s). We will assess and if acceptable, we will issue you a return authorization number. We will not recognize or accept any returns without an authorization number issued by us.
For local (Singapore) returns, unless informed otherwise
You will receive an email containing detailed instructions which will contain a return label
Please print the label and paste it on your return package
At the POP station, select the option ‘Return My Parcel’ and scan the barcode on the EZ Return Label. You may also enter the barcode manually.
Enter your Singapore registered mobile number to receive your EZ-Return pin for keying in
Select an appropriate locker size to deposit your parcel
Close the door and return to screen to click ‘Yes’ to confirm that your parcel has been dropped off successfully
Once we have received the product(s), we will notify you and proceed to refund the value of the product(s) purchased through the credit card used in the purchase. All delivery charges are borne by the customer.
For international returns
Please arrange your own courier for the return of goods. All shipping costs and related charges are borne by the customer.
Please pack the returned goods well, in order to avoid transportation damage.
You need to send back the products no later than 7 days from the day you receive our authorization number
When returning a product, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. To avoid unnecessary costs, always mark the package ”RETURN” and return to:
